Temperature-sensitive materials

Temperature-sensitive materials are a type of material that can detect the temperature of objects and spaces, and can give an electrical signal change in response to temperature variations. The reason they can change with temperature is due to their unique internal molecular structure. Generally, they change color under conditions such as temperature changes, sunlight exposure, and high-temperature treatment. However, it is important to avoid strong sunlight and ultraviolet rays, and the processing temperature should be controlled below 200°C for no more than 10 minutes, otherwise it will damage their color-changing effect. Due to its ability to change color with temperature, it is used in various fields such as the industrial sector, automotive industry, electronics industry, and cosmetics industry. Temperature-sensitive materials are harmless to the human body and have no irritation. Currently, they are developing towards easier use, higher sensitivity, lower price, good reproducibility, small time-dependent changes, and fast response speed.
